Our body needs proper food. But if you eat randomly without thinking of any dieting you will be fat.and nobody like to be fat. To become slimmer you have to maintain some easy rules. some of them:
  • Drink a plenty of water.
  • Avoid junk food.
  • Eat as much as vegetable you can.
  • If your goal is to lose weight and exercise more, forget the deprivation diet and marathon workouts
  •  Get tempting foods out of your home.
